French Dip Biscuits: Savory Beef and Cheese Delights

These French Dip Biscuits combine the rich, savory flavors of tender roast beef, melted provolone cheese, and a creamy horseradish sauce, all wrapped in a flaky, golden biscuit. Perfect for a quick and delicious meal or appetizer!

Ingredients:

  • 1 (16.3 oz) can refrigerated biscuits (8-count)
  • 1 lb thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • 2 tbsp creamy horseradish sauce (or to taste)
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 (1 oz) packet Au Jus gravy mix

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Carefully separate each biscuit into two layers. Spread a thin layer of horseradish sauce on each.
  3. Place a slice of provolone cheese and a portion of roast beef on half of the biscuit layers.
  4. Top the beef and cheese with the remaining biscuit layers, then pinch the edges together to seal.
  5. Arrange the assembled biscuits on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
