Creamy scrambled eggs with avocado and cilantro

π Ingredients
π₯ 4 eggs
π₯ 2 c. Γ s. milk or light liquid cream
π§ 10 grams of butter
π₯ 1 well ripe avocado
πΏ Some fresh coriander strands
π§ Salt, ground black pepper

1οΈβ£π₯Crack eggs in a bowl, add milk, a pinch of salt and pepper, then beat lightly.
2οΈβ£ 2 Melt butter in a low-heat skillet.
3οΈβ£ π³ Pour over scrambled eggs and gently stir in a wooden spatula until they are thickened while remaining creamy.
4οΈβ£π₯ Cut the avocado into dice. Remove eggs from the fire before they are fully cooked: residual heat will finish cooking.
5οΈβ£πΏ Add some avocado and sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
6οΈβ£ π½οΈ Serve immediately with some freshly ground pepper.

Prepare the avocado at the last moment to prevent it from oxidizing and turning black.
